PassMonkey

Terms of use

Last updated 2026-09-17. These terms apply to the PassMonkey website and mobile apps, operated by PassMonkey, Dublin, Ireland. Contact: hello@skillsettler.com.

The service

PassMonkey provides practice questions and mock tests for the Irish driver theory test. PassMonkey is an independent study aid and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Road Safety Authority.

Passing a PassMonkey mock test does not guarantee a pass in the real test. Questions are written to cover the same syllabus, not copied from the real exam.

Your account

You must be 16 or older. Keep your sign-in details private and do not share paid access with others. One account is for one learner. We may suspend an account that is used to abuse the service, scrape content, or interfere with other learners.

Free and paid access

The free tier gives access to part of the question bank and a limited number of mock tests per day. Premium removes those limits for the period you buy.

Every plan is a one-time payment. Week Pass, Monthly, and Quarterly plans give Premium for 7, 30, or 90 days from purchase; buying another timed plan while one is active adds its days to the end of the current one. Lifetime gives Premium for as long as PassMonkey exists. Nothing is charged again automatically and there is nothing to cancel.

Prices are shown in euro and include VAT. Purchases on the website are processed by Stripe. Purchases in the Android app are processed by Google Play and in the iOS app by the App Store, under those stores’ terms.

Right to withdraw and refunds

Under EU consumer law you have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of digital content. By buying Premium you ask us to unlock it immediately and acknowledge that, once it is unlocked, the right to withdraw ends. If Premium fails to work and we cannot fix it, email hello@skillsettler.com and we will refund the purchase. Refunds for app-store purchases are handled by Google Play or Apple under their policies. Nothing here limits your rights under Irish or EU consumer law.

Content

Questions, explanations, translations, and images are ours or licensed to us. You may use them for your own study only. Machine translations are marked as such until a reviewer checks them; the English text is the reference.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available at all times but do not promise it. We may change or add features, and may retire the service with at least 30 days’ notice, in which case Lifetime buyers within the previous 12 months get a pro-rata refund.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, including a failed theory test. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Disputes go to the Irish courts, or to the courts of your EU country of residence where consumer law gives you that right.
